The DAP GIG-62 V2 is a versatile 6-channel analogue mixing console designed for live sound applications, small performances, presentations, and home recording setups. Despite its compact footprint, it offers a wide range of professional features that make it a reliable companion for musicians, sound engineers, and content creators.
Channels 1 and 2 feature XLR/jack combo inputs with a mic preamp, -20 dB pad switch, 48 V phantom power, and low-cut filter. Channel 2 also includes a Hi-Z mode, allowing direct connection of instruments such as electric guitars. Both channels are equipped with gain control, compressor, high/low EQ knobs, pan control, mix level knobs, and clip LEDs for precise signal management. Channels 3/4 and 5/6 provide stereo line-level inputs via dual 6.3 mm jacks, each with pan and mix level controls. Additional inputs include a 3.5 mm Aux minijack and BT connectivity, both with dedicated mix level knobs and status LEDs.
The GIG-62 V2 also features a USB-C interface with 2-in/2-out functionality, shared with the Aux input, making it ideal for recording and playback. Outputs include a pair of balanced 6.3 mm jack main outputs with level control, a headphone output with independent volume knob, and a minijack recording output that mirrors the USB signal. A clear LED VU meter provides visual feedback of output levels, and the mixer is powered by a dedicated ±15V DC external power supply for stable operation.
